Daemonicles#1: Get Rich And Don't Die Trying

You have seen it on MTV that to get that grib of your dreams you have to be a superstar or sports hero. Somebody has probably told you that rich people got the money from their parents and it is impossible to succeed without a huge pile of money. And you have read from somewhere, that the ways to get rich are so complicated that you have to have some university degree in order to understand. Did you hear from 50cent that the attitude is get-rich-or-die-trying? This daemonicle is now proud to prove that you can get rich and stay alive. Read on...

The best kept secret of making fortunes is quite simple. Still as it is quite obvious, its not public knowledge. So here we go, I'm gonna tell it to you now...and even for free, you don't have to subscribe for $24,95/month to get that information.. The key to success is to HAVE A PLAN. Yes! That's it! You only need to have a precise plan how you're going to get the lifestyle you've always wanted! Its plain and simple! And here is the tricky part. This is where you really start grasping, because you have never even thought about this before. Its the mother of all questions. This the question you have to ask from yourself: what do I want? The question itself looks quit simple and you might be already sighing “Dude, that's not even a tough one! I only want what everybody else wants, I want more money!”.Well, dude, you could not be more wrong.

If you would just want more money, would a nickel make you happy? I don't think so. You might not even settle for a dollar. In order to make step-by-step plan you will have to have a precise target where to aim. The (legal) ways to get a nickel or ten million dollars might be the same, but the quantity of actions is totally different. And that's where you have to consult your plan. The plan will tell you what you have to do next and when. The time issue is relevant, because of the fact that at least most of the persons reading this are humans and humans are, by nature and default, LAZY. If you don't have to wash the dishes today, would you just postpone it to tomorrow? If you don't have to read that huge pile of uninteresting paper today, would you just postpone it to tomorrow? And what happens tomorrow. There's again no need to those things, so you postpone. You keep postponing until the action is unavoidable and you have to grab the bull by its horns. The plan will tell you when the deadline is and you will do it. Respect the deadline, because you have set it by yourself. Respect yourself and do it.

Now you know what you want. You have the instructions how to get there. The only last thing missing is the first step towards your dreams. Guess who has to take it? I'd say the most difficult thing is to get started, but once you've taken the first steps and you get that heat up, the plan will go forward and you're all the time a little bit closer. Baby steps will eventually take you where you want to be. The sooner you start taking those steps, the faster you will get your reward.

Taking the first step is a bitch with a B, but you will also need motivation during your way and eventually before making that final homerun. Take this for granted: there will be times when you face some problems and have hard times, so be prepared. The proven method of getting through the thickest walls is to have motivation and will power. The fact is that you will give up without motivation and you will only feel motivated if you have the passion. Needless to say that you won't feel the passion towards things you don't like. So if you're trying to make your millions by selling soap and you hate sales work, you will give up before you're even in midway. In this case check your target, is it really the thing you are after. If it doesn't motivate you enough, forget the current plan. Learn from the mistakes and get new target and write a new plan. It might be totally different than the previous one, so congratulate yourself - you are now closer to discover who you really are.

We will be digging more into the success business in the following daemonicles. In the meanwhile, you can learn from the best. I encourage you to read at least couple of the books from the following masters. After that you will have a better glue what it takes to be succesfull. Daemon really respects these books:

  1. Think and Grow Rich: The Andrew Carnegie formula for money making (Napoleon Hill)
  2. Rich Dad, Poor Dad (Robert T. Kiyosaki)

  3. Awaken the Giant Within : How to Take Immediate Control of Your Mental, Emotional, Physical and Financial Destiny! (Tony Robbins)

So, the keynotes of this daemonicle:

  • Everything is possible, anytime and anywhere.
  • There's noboby standing in your way except yourself.
  • You have to know precisely what you want.
  • You have to have a step-by-step plan to get what you want.
  • You have to have the motivation to execute your plan.
  • Know yourself. Have the courage to swim against the wave if you are going to the other direction.
